MY ACCOUNT

Please visit the Create my Account page to setup your account. Creating an account allows you to save your preferred methods of payment, delivery address, wish lists and more.

Be the first to know about any exclusive offers by signing up to the LA Nation newsletter. To subscribe, simply opt in when creating your LA Nation account. You can update your preferences at any time via the link in our emails.

Yes – you can use the ‘checkout as a guest’ option instead of creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account to benefit from faster checkouts in the future. Creating an account also allows you to track the progress of your order in Your Order History Clause.

Account holders can reset their passwords by simply clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting our customer service team.

ORDERING

For information about changing your order, see Clause 5 “Your Rights to Make Changes” of our Terms and Conditions.

UK customers can place orders for delivery by adding products to their baskets. You must then complete the checkout process. Customers can checkout as a guest or create an account. Creating an account allows you to securely save your personal details, payment methods and wish lists for a faster checkout experience with future purchases.

Creating an account allows you to view Your Order History.

Order numbers can be found in the email confirmation you received when we accepted your order.

Account holders can download VAT Invoices. Just log into your account, select your order and select ‘View Sales Receipt’.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at customerservice@lanation.com.

Invoices cannot be viewed until payment has been processed. Where a return takes place, the Sales Receipt is updated once the refund has been processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order confirmation emails contain a link to track your order. You can also track your order here.

You should wait 1-2 business days before beginning to track your order to allow time for processing and sending of your order from our distribution centre.

Your order delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose:

Standard (2-4 business days):

Basket spends of over £50 = free delivery.

Basket spends of £50 or less = £3.95 delivery fee.

Next day delivery:                 

Basket spends of over £100 = free delivery.

Basket spends of £100 or less = £5.95 delivery fee.

 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday and national holidays in the UK are excluded. You will receive a notification if we have any difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Maestro and by valid gift cards issued by us. We also offer a finance option via Klarna. Please note, we cannot split payments between credit cards. However, we can accept payments split by gift cards and credit cards.

Once your order is placed, you will be sent an order confirmation email with your order number and details. A pre-authorisation is placed onto your payment card at this time. However, we do not process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is sent for delivery, you will be charged and sent a delivery confirmation email. The pre-authorisation will drop in 7-10 business days.

Yes – if you are buying a gift for a friend for example, you should put your own address matching your payment card as the billing address and your friend’s address as the delivery address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for VAT and Customs Duty charges, if returning internationally. If your items are not received by us, you will need to open up a dispute with the carrier

Ahead of returning your order, please check out our Returns Policy and create your return via our Portal.

The following items cannot be returned:

Headwear, water bottles and gift cards;

Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;

and any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

All items must be returned with their tags on.  All returns are subject to our inspection.

When your return is received back at the warehouse and then processed please allow 3 – 5 working days for your refund.

Klarna will process refunds within 14 days after the merchant registers a return or cancels an order.

We do not currently offer gift receipts for online purchases.

Unfortunately, any product purchased from our Sample Sale is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged either. These products are one-off products that are not part of our stock and have been used in photoshoots or Customer Returns without original packaging and/or hang tags.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

You can use a promotion code by entering it into the promotion code box in the checkout.

Please check the terms and conditions of the promotion to ensure that it applies to the products in your basket. Promotion codes are case-sensitive so make sure that capitals are in the right place and the spelling is correct. If the promocode is still not working, please contact our customer services team for assistance.

Yes! Please follow the guidelines set out by your discount when purchasing LA Nation products.

Discount only valid on full price merchandise. Discount does not apply to Members events.

Yes! We are currently offering a 10% discount for students. Discount only valid on full price merchandise.
