LA Nation Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Returns Policy.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Repack your Items
    Repack your items in their original packaging. No packaging? Make sure to pop your items into something that is non see through, sealable, and waterproof
  2. Login to your Returns Portal
    You will need your order number and your email or postcode 
  3. Select your Preferred Return Option
    Select whether you want a refund to your existing payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it back to us

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date
  • All returned items must be new, unwashed, and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights
  • You are responsible for sending back your order unless it is damaged or faulty, then we will provide a free tracked returns label.
  • If the order is damaged, or faulty, using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for VAT and Customs Duty charges, if returning internationally. If your items are not received by us, you will need to open up a dispute with the carrier
  • Please note, if you claim your order was damaged or faulty and after quality checking this is not the case, then your refund will be actioned, excluding your initial delivery cost plus the tracked return cost incurred by LA Nation.
  • Any product purchased in the Sample Sale is non-refundable, cannot be returned, and cannot be exchanged either. 

RETURNS FAQ

When will I receive my Refund?

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

A typical refund will take up to 14 days from the receipt of your items to process, plus your bank’s handling time which on average is 3 to 5 working days.

We will keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, and again when your refund has been processed.

How long do I have to Return?

You’ve got 30 days to send items back to us from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

My refund is not on my Bank Statement

We try to process any returns ASAP but some refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed, plus 3 to 5 working days due to your bank handling times.

If you paid via PayPal it can take up to 48 hours from receiving your refund confirmation email for the refund to show in your account. If your bank account is linked to your PayPal account it can take a further 14 days for this refund to reach your bank account – this is down to PayPal processing times.

Please wait 14 days before contacting LA Nation about your refund if you haven’t heard from us yet. If it has been 14 days and still no sign of your refund, get in touch and our Customer Service team will look into it for you ASAP, email us at customerservice@lanation.com with the below information:

Product Name(s) of the items you returned
A photo of your proof of postage

Can I exchange instead of a Refund?

We can offer you an exchange, however it is limited to the product that you purchased and the exchange would involve a larger or smaller size than the one you received. If you are wanting a different product entirely then apply for a store credit return and once we have received your unwanted items back you will receive store credit to purchase another item(s).

I have received a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item, will I be charged to return?

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please login to our Returns Portal and select the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect item option and it will ask you to upload an image of the products that you received. If your return is accepted you will not be charged for this and we will send you out a prepaid tracked returns label via email - UK customers only. If you return the item using a courier of your choice without prior correspondence, LA Nation is not liable for the costs incurred by you.

I live outside of the UK and want to return my order - how can I do it?

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please login to our Returns Portal and select the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect item option and it will ask you to upload an image of the products that you received. If your return is accepted you will need to pay for the return of the order initially and by an agreed courier method. If we accept that the product(s) are indeed damaged, faulty, or incorrect then we will reimburse you for the return cost. If the products are in fact not damaged, then we will not reimburse you for your initial shipping cost nor the return cost.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will have to pay for the return of your order using a courier of your choice. We will only issue a refund on the goods returned and not on the initial shipping costs nor your return parcel costs.
