Well, when it comes to shopping for deals in the LA Nation Black Friday Sale, with up to 80% off selected lines, you need to be prepared as much as possible. Because once the sale goes live, the deals will last as long as the stock does!!

Here's everything you need to know for when the huge discounts drop.....

WHEN DOES THE LA NATION BLACK FRIDAY SALE START?

The LA Nation Black Friday Sale starts on Wednesday 1st November at 10am GMT.

So, you better add the date to your calendar and turn your post notifications on because if you've shopped one of our sales before, you know that things move fast!

WHAT DISCOUNTS WILL YOU BE OFFERING?

Straight to the point and who can blame you! After all that's why you're here.

If we haven't made it obvious enough already, we will be offering up to 80% off selected lines. In fact, over half of our range of products will be in the sale! And if you have a discount code at hand, you can save on full price items as well!

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED THROUGHOUT THE SALE?

We are expecting a new drop of products in December, so there will be no restocking of products on sale. So for that reason, we suggest you snap up the deals sooner rather than later. We don't want you to miss out!

ARE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED?

In a perfect world, we would love to reserve all of your selections, but sadly, this is not possible.

So, if you want to avoid disappointment, you need to move fast. 

SHIPPING

CAN I EXPECT ANY SHIPPING DELAYS?

Due to the nature of this time of year and an increase in orders, you may experience a slight delay in your order being shipped. But we will make every effort to send out your order within the allotted time with our warehouse team working hard behind the scenes to ensure all orders go out in time.

Please note, that your shipping time frame will start once your order has been dispatched with orders dispatched via Royal Mail. We ask all customers to allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting Customer Service. 

PAYMENT

CAN I STILL USE BUY NOW, PAY LATER?

Yes! We want to make sure your shopping experience is a seamless process, so we'll be offering all payment methods as normal. This means you'll still be able to use our Buy Now, Pay Later options throughout our sale.

ORDERS

I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you've placed more than one order, unfortunately, we are unable to combine them into one. But if you think about it, it means that you are going to receive more LA Nation deliveries. Something to look forward to.

I'VE MADE A MISTAKE AT CHECKOUT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Mistakes are bound to happen! If you have entered the wrong details in, please get in touch with our Customer Service team ASAP and we will be more than happy to deal with the issue at hand.

Please note, however, once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, we can no longer make any amendments. This includes changing details such as sizing, colour, adding products, removing products, altering your address or delivery method.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do know that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. If you contact our Customer Service Team ASAP, we will do our very best to try and cancel your order before it's shipped. If it has been shipped already, we cannot cancel the order until you return it to us.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE LA NATION BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes you can returns orders. We currently have a 30-day return policy and this won't change during our Black Friday Sale.

Items must be in their original selling condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Check out of Refunds Policy for more information.

We can also offer exchanges, if stock numbers allows it.
