Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Returns Policy.

HOW DO I RETURN?

Repack your Items
Repack your items in their original packaging. No packaging? Make sure to pop your items into something that is non see through, seal-able, and waterproof.

please email our customer service team to advise you are returning your items, please include your Order Number/ Postcode/ Items you are returning.

As soon as we receive your return or exchange, we will issue your refund to the correct payment method between 3-5 Business Days

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date

All returned items must be new, unwashed, and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights

All UK orders are now eligible for Free Returns. Just follow our Returns process via our portal and print out your Free Returns Label when prompted.

If the order is damaged, or faulty, using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for VAT and Customs Duty charges, if returning internationally. If your items are not received by us, you will need to open up a dispute with the carrier

Any product purchased in the Sample Sale is non-refundable, cannot be returned, and cannot be exchanged either.
