Last Christmas Post Day UK
If you are ordering from LA Nation in the run-up to Christmas, the last posting dates to receive your orders before Christmas are:
- Last Standard Delivery date - Wednesday 18th December
- Last Next Day Delivery date - Friday 20th December
Our parcels are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 Service which should arrive [but not guaranteed] before Monday 23rd December. This is a 'Fully Tracked' service.
Gift Cards by Email
Orders for Gift Cards by email will be sent immediately after payment. To purchase a Gift Card, click here.
A Standard & Next Day Delivery option is available for the UK, with both options fully trackable. All of our UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
We also offer a Delivery Service to customers outside of the UK. Delivery rates and times vary depending on the location. Please note: Not all international services are fully trackable.
Your tracking information will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can also log into your account and find your tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Track your Order here or use the tracking link emailed to you so you can follow the progress of the order to your door.

International Customs & Import Charges
As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may be subject to customs charges. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.
La Nation does not have any control over customs and import tax and unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
USA
The threshold for bringing goods into the US from the UK is $800 USD. Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.
European Union
For all orders made from an EU Member Country, VAT is payable on your purchase irrespective of the value of the goods. For any orders over €150, you will be liable for taxes and also duties.
Australia
The threshold for bringing goods into Australia from the UK is $1000 AUD. Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.
All Other Regions
For all other regions, you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority, and you will be responsible for the payment of any fees - if there are any.
Failure to Pay Customs
If you fail to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned back to La Nation, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping FAQs

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we provide an estimated delivery date. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed on Friday (after 2pm), Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. The deadline for Next Day Deliveries is 2pm Monday to Thursday. Next Day Orders placed on Friday may be delivered the following Monday.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including Sale, Black Friday, Christmas etc.) deliveries may take a little longer. During spells of bad weather, conditions may mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

Sometimes our emails go into the spam or junk folder depending on your email provider. Please check this first of all and if you still have not received it, please get in touch with our Customer Service team here, who will be able to help locate your tracking details and provide further information.

Please wait 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number is not valid until the order is picked up by the courier and booked into their system. If it still isn't working after this time, please get in touch with our Customer Service team here, and they will be happy to help you out.

Orders placed by Royal Mail 24 are delivered next day if ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday. We do not ship orders on a weekend, therefore any orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the Monday. If you're order still hasn't arrived by then, please get in touch with our Customer Service team here and we will look into it for you.

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charge will be incurred in these circumstances.
