LA Nation Loyalty Program: Rewards for Athleisure Lovers
To coincide with the relaunch of LA Nation's new look website, we are launching a loyalty program with an aim to build and reward our customers around the world.
Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work revamping the LA Nation website and the loyalty program is a key component in building relationships with our long term customers by rewarding not only transactions but also engagement, as you can earn points when reviewing our products and service. LA Nation Rewards is entirely digital and free to use.
New Members
Customers can easily access our Membership page, where they can sign-up for free. Members-to-be can also read about the benefits of the program, see how it works, how they can earn points, redeem rewards and even refer a friend!
Upon signing into their account, customers can see their current points balance along with the benefits they can use at that moment in time – if any. They will also get access to all of their account information, from order history, points history to much more.
Shoppers can also sign up to LA Nation’s newsletter to get offers, product updates and special invites to events. Upon joining members receive a welcome email that includes a 15% discount.
Program Structure
The loyalty program is free to all. Members receive one point for every Pound spent. They earn points when you shop or perform non-transactional activities such as referring a friend or reviewing an item they bought or the service that they were provided.
Points System
Members earn points for every purchase they make. Points are automatically added to their account, where they can also see their total point balance and find out how many more points they need in order to get their next bonus voucher.
Points are valid for one year and at the end of the membership year, point balances are reset and a new membership year begins. Members will also regularly receive exclusive offers.
Members can earn £15 off their next order for inviting friends who make their first purchase. They also earn points for writing reviews about products they have purchased and points for following us on our social media platforms.
