Welcome to Wellness: Mum & Baby Edition
Are you a new mum on maternity leave and wondering how to make some mum pals? Do you want to feel healthy and gain back some lost energy but don't know where to start?
A special event has been designed especially for mums and their little ones at the Mill & Brae in Paisley. The event is all about taking care of yourself and your baby, connecting with other mums and enjoying a morning dedicated to wellness before heading home with your goodie bag feeling energised and empowered.
Doors open at 9.45am on Monday 15th July with the event running from 10am to 11.45am, with some healthy snacks and refreshments provided by the organisers.
What to expect
Yoga with Kimberley
You and your baby will be guided through a unique bonding experience blending gentle yoga postures with playful interactions.
We all know the aches and pains that come with feeding and carrying a baby postpartum so lets release some of that tension. This 30 minute taster session is perfect for mums with babies age 6 weeks to crawling. (Class can be attended from 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 10 weeks after Caesarean birth.)
Gut Health & Energy Session with Amanda
Amanda will talk to you about the importance of a healthy gut, how to fuel our postpartum bodies & increase your energy levels. Ideal for the sleep deprived parent.
Mindset Session with Sinitta
Learn ways to incorporate healthy habits and improve your mind set. Sinitta shares her personal experience of maternity leave and the methods she used to strengthen her mental health and confidence during those early days of parenting.
All mums will take home a goodie bag filled with nutrition supplements, skin care and lots of discounts offers, including 20% off full price LA Nation products.
